Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

PRIMEMOTOPARTS provides warranty coverage for manufacturing defects on eligible products. Warranty duration varies by product category:

  • Engine Parts: 6 months from date of purchase
  • Electrical Components: 3 months from date of purchase
  • Body Parts & Accessories: 1 month from date of purchase
  • Performance Parts (Camshaft, Block, Head): 6 months from date of purchase

2. What is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Premature failure under normal use conditions
  • Parts that do not meet stated specifications

3. What is NOT Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Modifications or alterations to the product
  • Use in racing or competition (unless product is specifically rated for such use)
  • Damage from using incorrect fuel, oil, or fluids
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect function

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Provide your order number and date of purchase
  3. Describe the issue with clear photos or videos
  4. Our technical team will assess the claim within 3-5 business days
  5. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the defective part

5. Warranty Resolution

For approved warranty claims, we will at our discretion:

  • Replace the defective product with the same or equivalent item
  • Repair the defective product
  • Issue a store credit or refund

6. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all warranty claims. Please keep your purchase records safe.

7. Installation Requirement

We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by a qualified mechanic. Warranty claims may be denied if the product was installed incorrectly or by an unqualified person.

8. Limitation

Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchase price of the product. PRIMEMOTOPARTS is not liable for any consequential damages, labor costs, or additional expenses arising from a defective product.
